1 tray of freshly harvested wheatgrass
Water

Methods

  1. Harvest your tray of wheatgrass, rinse them in a salad spinner and spin dry. Place it in a Cold Press Juicer, the pulp might jam the juicer, either remove it manually or add a bit of water to get it run smoothly. You can juice a big batch, keep it in the refrigerator or freeze them in ice cube maker.

4 green apple
½ lemon
3 mint leaves
1 cup wheatgrass juice

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a Cold Press Juicer, add some cold water if the texture is too thick. We like to use ingredients fresh from the refrigerator, they go straight into the Juicer without adding any water.

Ingredients

1 orange
1 cup of mix berries
2 bananas, skin peeled
1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk / almond milk / yogurt drink
1 shot of wheatgrass juice

Methods

  1. Mix orange, mix berries and banana into the Cold Press Juicer, except wheatgrass juice, add some coconut milk / almond milk / yogurt drink into the mixture.
