Ingredients
1 wholemeal Tortilla Wrap 1 hard-boiled egg, peeled 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise Pinch of salt and pepper 1 slice of cheddar cheese ½ cup Microgreen Borage ½ cup Microgreen Purple Cabbage
Methods
Prepare Tortilla Wrap with a slit cut in the middle of the wrap.
Mash hard boiled egg with mayonnaise, a pinch of salt and pepper until its well combined.
Place Cheddar cheese in one quarter of the Tortilla Wraps, egg mayo mixture in another quarter, Microgreen Purple Cabbage in the next quarter and Microgreen Borage in the last quarter. Fold each quarter triangles until you have it all wrap up nicely.
Toast it in a heated pan (cheese side down) or a sandwich press.
