Ingredients

80g Microgreen Sunflower
100g 70% dark chocolate
A dash of sea salt
Water

5 Medjool Dates, pitted
Peanut Butter Chunky

Methods

  1. To make Chocolate Dip Microgreen Sunflower: Wash Microgreen Sunflower, spin dry in a salad spinner and set aside. Melting chocolate with the water bath method. Bring a pot of water to boil, then lower the heat to simmer. Place your chocolate in a heatproof bowl (tempered glass or stainless steel) and place it on top of the pot. Stir chocolate until its fully melted. Add a dash of sea salt in the mixture. Take one Microgreen Sunflower and dip in the melted chocolate, repeat the step with the rest of the Microgreen Sunflower. Refrigerate them at least 30minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
  2. Spread and fill the Medjool dates with Peanut Butter and top it with Chocolate Dip Microgreen Sunflower. Serve immediately!
