Microgreen Pearl Soy Bean is like an exquisite version of Bean Sprout (Taugeh). It is not easy to get freshly grown Peanut Sprout off the shelf in our local supermarket. Ingredients

Fresh ingredients:
Microgreen Convolvulus Kangkung
Microgreen Pearl Soy Bean
Microgreen Sunflower
Peanut Sprouts
1 Lime, cut
1 Red Onion / Bawang Merah
2 chillies

Sambal Oelek ingredients:
300g chilli
2 tablespoon of lime juice
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar

Methods

  1. Clean and plate all the fresh ingredients.
  2. To make Sambal Oelek: Add all the ingredients into a food processor, grind until puree form. We like it the traditional way, which is to eat it raw, you can also simmer the sambal over low-medium heat for a few minutes.
  3. Serve Sambal Oelek together with the fresh ingredients.
