Ingredients

Fresh ingredients
1 ripe mango, diced
1 tomato, diced
Small bunch mix Lettuce
½ cup Microgreen Mustard or Radish
½ cup Microgreen Red Russian Kale
½ cup Microgreen Broccoli
½ cup Walnut
¼ cup Feta Cheese

Dressing:
1 lime, juiced
¼ teaspoon Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Ground pepper, to taste

Methods

  2. In a large bowl, toss the fresh ingredients together with the dressing.
